Our client has got UK roots but over the years the company culture became a great mix between the British and the Dutch culture: a lot of drive and ambition within a more relaxed environment. Whilst great results are most important to everyone in the company, taking care of the employees’ development is also a key priority for the Senior Leadership team. The Team Leader Contracts will take over a relatively young team. Results are good but could be even better if the team members would be coached on the job on the process. Leading by example is important in this role so you would have to actively contribute to the team revenue yourself. The team currently consists of 8 Consultants with room for growth.
At least five years of experience within recruitment. Educated to at least Bachelors level. Energetic and positive with a coaching leadership style. Curious and open to learn. Great team building skills. Fluent in English, Dutch is not a must.
