Manager IT (Permanent & Contracts)
About our client
Our client was established 15 years ago in the UK and since then expanded rapidly to over 250 staff in 12 countries. The culture is all about drive, ambition, progression and becoming the best. The consultants work hard but also engage in sporty and social activities together. Most clients are financial institutions and larger corporates.
The Manager IT will become responsible for growing both the Permanent and the Contracts team. Both teams are relatively new. There is enormous potential for growth and excellent results. The team is ready to grow from 4 to 8 consultants before the end of 2018. This role will also actively be contributing to the team revenue.
At least three years of experience within recruitment, with an affinity with IT. Educated to at least Bachelors level. Driven, thriving to do the best and to make the team the best. Energetic and positive with great coaching skills. Preferably you already gained some leadership experience
