Individual Affiliate Fee Structure
The Ion Recruitment Talent Affiliate Program offers rewards to individuals who refer clients and candidates to Ion Recruitment Talent. Affiliate partners are eligible to earn affiliate fees based on a tiered structure outlined below. Participation in the program implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
year one Affiliate Fees:
Candidate Referral (One-time Credit)
Affiliates will receive a one-time 5% affiliate fee based on the placement fee when a referred candidate is successfully placed by Ion Recruitment Talent.
Client Referral (Ongoing Fee)
Affiliates will earn 5% of the net fee income generated from placements made with a referred client during the first 12 months of the client relationship.
year two affiliate fees:
Client Referral (Ongoing fee):
For placements made with referred clients during the second year of the relationship, affiliates will receive 3% of the gross profit generated.
year three and beyond:
Client Referral (Ongoing Fee):
From the third year onwards, affiliates will receive a 2% affiliate fee on the gross profit generated from placements made with the referred client. This fee will continue indefinitely, provided the referred client continues to engage Ion Recruitment Talent for recruitment services.
