Larger volumes of work reduces replication, enabling us to pass on even more cost savings.
Retained vs. Contingent Searches:
Retained searches decrease risk, allowing for lower prices. All of our retained searches are guaranteed, meaning there are two results, completion (90% within 6 weeks of instructions) or refund.
Success-Based Appointments:
We offer lower upfront payments with greater milestone-based payments, sharing both downside risks and upside rewards.
Replacement Insurance:
We offer replacement insurance/rebates at an additional cost for companies that want contractual guarantees for candidate replacements ensuring that if a candidate leaves during their employment, a replacement will be provided.
